Walk Your Schedule
Student schedules will be mailed on Friday, August 8. All students are invited to come to Sundling on Thursday, August 14 to "walk their schedule" and become familiar with the location of their classes.
BE SURE TO BRING YOUR SCHEDULE WITH YOU ON THAT DAY!!!!!
Eighth graders are invited from 10:00am-11:00am
Seventh graders are invited from 1:00pm-2:00pm
Student guides will be available to assist in finding room
locations but teachers will not be in their rooms and there will
be no formal program.
Should parents come in with their kids?
Parents will have to use their own discretion on dropping their students off and picking them up. The parking lot tends to turn in to big
traffic jam on that day. That's why we have the two grades separate and of course we would not have enough space for everyone to come park. It is pretty busy in the building that day. Most parents drop the kids off for 8th grade and a good number of 7th grade parents do come in, but most don't since we have Parent Orientation that very next week. Usually the parents that come in are the ones that are new to the district or if the student needs a little reassurance.
Parents that are just dropping the kids off or picking up should use the circle drive.
