Join the PTA!
The Sundling PTA is using a secure online network called BIG TENT for PTA membership registration.
Go to “Join us Today” and enter your name and email address. You will be sent an email with an invitation and a link to join our group on BIG TENT.
If you have an existing or prior membership account on BIG TENT with Sundling any other another school/organization, you will need your login password to continue the registration process for the Sundling PTA on BIG TENT.

Walk Your Schedule

Student schedules should be mailed in early August. All students are invited to come to Sundling to "walk their schedule" and become familiar with the location of their classes. Read more >>

Opportunities to be Involved in Your Child's Sundling Experience
PTA volunteers are needed for the following areas:
- Directory
- Environmental Education
- Hospitality
- Newsletter
- 7th Grade Room Representative
- 8th Grade Room Representative
- SPARK
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Direct Donations
- Webmaster

First Day Of School

On the first day of school students will go to
their homeroom for the first part of the day. New this year: students' homerooms will be the same as their first period class.

In an effort to continue the Sundling tradition of a connected learning community, we invite you to Parent Orientation. It is an opportunity for you to meet your child’s teachers and hear more about the programs and offerings available to them here at Sundling.

Drop Off and Pick Up Safety
The beginning and end of the school day are the most hectic times at any junior high. Sundling is no different. In order to
- Keep everyone safe
- Move everyone efficiently
we ask parents to NOT drop children off in the main parking lot during these busy times. Please use the circle drive or the strip along Smith Street if you are dropping off or picking up students.
